I hear you! “I wish people would stop asking me how I am doing and what I am doing to take care of myself.” We promise, we won’t ask those questions or boss you around.
This presentation takes the time to stand in the shoes of a family caregiver and invites you to stop for a moment , look up, and not only look up, and not only look for something beautiful (like a dragonfly or some wildflowers), but also think of a few things you might not have considered. It is the hope that caregivers not feel bogged down by this hour, but you feel seen, heard, stood by, recharged, encouraged, and motivated to step back into the sacred role of caregiving just a little lighter.
