A Legacy of Innovation and Compassion

One of the first to redefine Memory Care communities

More than 25 years ago, Arden Courts changed how the world views dementia care. We set the standard for the small-house Memory Care model after five years of research and collaboration with leading dementia experts. That same spirit of innovation and dedication still guides us today.

Our communities are purposefully designed, not adapted. From intuitive layouts to familiar gathering spaces, everything is built to support those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.

We believe in:

  • Purposeful environments designed for safety and independence
  • Trained staff who know each resident deeply
  • Encouraging joyful living with meaningful activities and socialization

The People Behind the Purpose

Our expertly trained dementia care staff truly understand our residents.

Great care begins with great people, and at Arden Courts, it also begins with how we serve. Our team includes medical professionals, caregivers, and support staff who receive ongoing training specific to dementia care. More than that, they take the time to know your loved one, their routines, their joys, and their story, so care feels personal, steady, and familiar. Every day, we bring our best through a simple promise we call the Circle of Care: being Helpful, Caring, and Responsive in every interaction.

Our team brings:

  • 24/7 on-site supervision and clinical support
  • Certified dementia training and continuing education
  • Individualized care built around each resident’s needs
  • Warmth, patience, and deep understanding
  • A commitment to dignity and daily success

Circle of Care

Helpful. Caring. Responsive: Our Commitment to Excellence

Understanding the Importance of Alzheimer's Disease and Self-Care

At Arden Courts, service isn’t a script. It’s a promise we keep in every interaction. Our Circle of Care program brings our culture to life through three simple commitments:

  • Helpful
We show up with professionalism, positivity, and teamwork, so needs are met calmly and confidently, even on busy days.

  • Caring
We build genuine connection by approaching each resident with warmth and respect, including knocking first, introducing ourselves, using preferred names, and offering a personal touch in every moment.

  • Responsive
We listen, communicate clearly, and act promptly. We anticipate needs, address concerns with steady reassurance, and follow through, because trust is built in small details.

In Memory Care, it’s often the smallest moments that matter most. The Circle of Care helps ensure every resident experiences comfort, dignity, and a place to call home—every day.
